How do I join the rewards programme?

It's free and easy. Simply create an account on our website, and you will automatically be enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You earn points for every pound spent, plus bonus points for actions such as celebrating a birthday or following us on social media.

Do I earn points on sale items or shipping?

Points are earned on the final purchase price of eligible clothing items after any discounts and before shipping fees and taxes are applied.

How do I check my point balance?

Log into your customer account on our website, and your current point balance will appear in your dashboard or the rewards widget.

Do my points expire?

Yes, unredeemed points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, so be sure to use them on your favourite pieces.

How do I use my discount code at checkout?

Redeem your points in your account dashboard for a reward code, then enter that code at the payment checkout screen.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you return a clothing item for a refund, the points earned from that specific item will be deducted from your account balance.

Do I get a birthday reward?

Yes! Make sure your birthday is saved in your account profile to receive 100 bonus points.
